Are you Licensed & Insured?

Yes! Absolutely! We wouldn't do business without it. We can also provide a COI to your event venue. Not a problem at all. :)

Is there a Delivery, Set Up & Pick Up Fee?

All packages include Delivery, Pick Up & Set Up if you bundle.

Although if you book our À la carte option (Individually Priced) there will be a $75 Delivery, Break Down & Pick Up Fee.

What is an "open air" photo booth? & Why do people love it?

Actually Photo Co.  provides the perfect "Open Air" photobooth concept. This concept differs from traditional "box photo booths" with curtains covering, instead the openness allows for the guests to see all of the fun and laughter happening in real time; enticing others to join in. 

What is required for me to make a reservation?

You can choose your package or à la carte option. To ensure our availability on your event date, a retainer payment of $150 is required at time of reserving. The remaining balance can be paid within 7 days before your event. If your event gets postponed do to a later date, we can apply the payment to the new date at no additional cost depending on availability. Retainer is non refundable, no transfers.

Will there be an attendant on duty to help our guests? 

All of our fully loaded packages include a helpful booth attendant. They are highly trained in the art of modern boothing. They will arrive just about 60 minutes before your time, for set up and break down. Our booth managers ensure everyone has a memorable experience.

à la carte option does not include a booth attendant, but it can be added as an option for an additional fee at the time of checkout. 

What are the space, venue, and power requirements for the photo booth set-up? Can it be set up outdoors?

- Our booth space requires a minimum 10' x 10' area, a minimum height of 7'11" for the backdrop. 

- A power outlet should be within 30 feet, and the ground must be level.

- We will also need a venue-provided table for props. 

- If you have an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter away from direct sun, rain, and wind will need to be provided. If your event is outdoors during daylight hours (8am - 5pm), please contact us and we will work with you.
